While it’s true that our Opalescence® products dramatically whiten our patients’ teeth, it’s important to remember that teeth whitening may not be the best choice for everyone. If you have sensitive teeth, you may find that whitening products make your teeth even more sensitive, although that is usually only a temporary side effect. Whitening products won’t work on dental restorations such as fillings and crowns, etc. And whitening products are not intended for children.
